Kofi Dabanka is Bahtera Perkasa’s Global Strategic Partner and Nik Harris’ Personal Advisor.
In this capacity, he has a particular focus on developing strategic partnerships, facilitating cross border opportunities, co-developing ventures and advising C-Suite and Board Members.
Throughout his near 25-year career, Kofi was mainly dedicated to Large Scale Change & Transformation opportunities ranging from £900M to £1.5bn in scale, for firms such as Barclays, RBS, Heathrow & Gatwick Airport, Clifford Chance and Viridium Group.
More recently, he has transitioned into more pioneering and niche areas; he is currently a Venture Lead @ a Stanford University Research lab, a Restaurant partner with a Michelin trained chef, a seed investor in a Venture Studio and leading a market entry of an energy software.

Kofi is a Board Member of Afropop Worldwide (New York) and Committee Member of Ubuntu Pathways (London).
He holds a Management degree from studies in Germany, USA and Mexico and is a Harvard Business School SVMP ’99 participant. Kofi is of Ghanaian decent, born and raised in Germany and living in London, UK. He is a certified Executive Coach and a long time art and vinyl collector.
