Dato’ Azwan, the Founder and Managing Partner of Messrs Azwan Roslee & Co, adds a wealth of legal experience as Counsel to Bahtera Perkasa. He also the Managing Director of Dwell Tech & Consultancy Sdn Bhd, a Project Management Consultancy company. Having served and practiced as Advocate and Solicitor for almost 15 years, specialising in property and real estate sales and purchases, financing and loans, corporate governance and other commercial agreements. He is versed in attending and representing cases involving High Court, Federal Court and Court Appeal, in both civil and criminal matters. Dato’ Azwan had also previously served as Head of Department of a reputable firm in Selangor, Malaysia and had also contributed back his insight towards developing future talents as an Appointed Lecturer for Universiti Islam Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) from 2011 to 2014.

Dato’ Azwan began his career as a civil servant in the Ministry of Housing and Local Government of Malaysia upon obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He was called to the Malaysian Bar Council as Advocate and Solicitor in 2011. Beyond his commercial enterprises, Dato’ Azwan in his own privacy is passionate in leading and contributing to various non-profitable and charitable organisations within local communities and at large.
