Nur Zakri is an experienced industry pioneer, with over 40 years of experience in technology and computer science applications. He currently serves as the Chairman of ANP Energy Sdn Bhd, a SaaS startup focusing on energy infrastructure planning and optimisation. He previously led and managed several established technology companies in Malaysia, including as Council Member for Malaysian Association of Rail Industry Corporation (MARIC), Business Development Director for EV-Dynamic Sdn Bhd. Nur Zakri held an illustrious career founding and leading XMT Technologies Sdn Bhd in his last position as Chief Executive Officer, an establishing a private telco service provider through a management buyout. His other notable roles included General Manager of Malaysian GLC, Malaysia Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB), Executive Director of Amstek Corporation, a technical vendor for Tenaga Nasional Berhad, as well as a pioneering member and curriculum taskforce of Malaysia Multimedia University, as its Head of Centre for Information Systems Engineering and Software Engineering.

Nur Zakri began his career starting with a 15-year chapter in academia as a Head of Department of MARA Institute of Technology since 1988, after a short stint as a system analyst and programmer for Esso and Western Kentucky University, United States, implementing on the initial generations of IBM mainframes for chemistry and energy sectors.
